Êll Centre Agent (Full Time) Birmingham (Hybrid Working) Salary: £20,002 starting + bonuses + incentives + company discounts website. Increasing to £20,815.45 with performance bonus, after completion of probation period. Opportunity to earn more through RI Rewards based on customer feedback. Hours: 40 hours - Monday to Friday - Between 8am-6pm HYBRID WORKING - 2 SHIFTS IN OFFICE 3 FROM HOME We're excited to hire our next Full time Call Centre Agents to join our busy and dynamic Call Centre team in Birmingham, Bromford Lane. What will you be doing? You will be a key member of our Call Centre team, responsible for providing a world-class level of service to our customers from inbound calls. You will be resolving a range of customer queries in your section alongside colleagues, working together towards your combined goals. You will be the first point of contact for all new, existing and prospective customers, providing service through your learnt understanding of all business services, products and procedures, resolving as many issues as possible at first point of call. Requirements Do you have what it takes? To succeed in this role you must be a positive and motivated individual, able to deliver excellent customer service and be a team player. You will be responsible for: ● Inbound and Outbound communication from new and existing customers ● Using inhouse systems to log customer queries. ● Providing excellent service, going above and beyond customer’s expectations on every single call ● Working towards agreed individual and team targets that result in bonuses for strong performance! We look for: ● Experience of working in a Call Centre or an environment where you provide customer service ● Ability to work from home, this includes a dedicated workspace. ● Strong communication skills, both oral and written ● Consistent objective achievers against targets ● An ability to use your initiative and make decisions quickly ● Someone who is open to change and innovation - common in our working environment ● A good typing speed and someone who is at home with multiple systems and software.
