Essential Functions (Responsibilities):<br />
He/She will be able to:</p>

<ul>
<li>Perform piping flexibility analysis (Static, Dynamic, Wind, Seismic) for critical piping systems using CAESAR II SW and 3D Modeling Assistance, fulfilling Customer Requirements, International Codes and current Design Practices/Templates.</li>
<li>Prepare of Stress Critical Line List in accordance with current Design Practices/Templates</li>
<li>Perform Flange leakage calculation using Pressure equivalent / NC 3658.3 / ASME Sec VIII methods</li>
<li>Assess piping systems avoiding and minimizing risks of failure due to vibration induced fatigue</li>
<li>Prepare data sheets for Spring, Strut, Rod hanger, Expansion Bellows etc.</li>
<li>Finalize of support locations after reviewing of plant 3D model and analyze relevant supports structures following structural international codes (AISC, ASCE, Eurocode, DNV, etc.)</li>
<li>Perform basic &amp; front-end design in strict coordination with other disciplines such as process, piping &amp; layout, and civil.</li>
<li>Perform independent reviews of performed by BH teams and/or non-BH engineering/suppliers, using BH quality tools to measure their performances in terms of timeliness (OTD) and quality (FTY) of the deliverables.</li>
<li>Good problem solving skills with a drive for results.</li>
<li>Good written and verbal skills. Ability to build peer relationships as well as work independently.</li>
</ul>

<p><b>Qualifications/Requirements:</b></p>

<ul>
<li>Degree (Master/PhD) consistent with the Mechanical/Structural engineering discipline (Mechanical, Aerospace, Civil ect.)</li>
<li>Working knowledge of 2D CAD systems such as Autocad</li>
<li>Knowledge of FEM tools for structural analysis like Caesar II (preferred) or similar and generic purpose FEA Tools like Ansys, Ansys Workbench</li>
<li>English language fluency</li>
<li>Teamwork skills and cross-functional team coordination attitude</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to urgent executive requests in a timely manner</li>
<li>In-depth knowledge of various Codes like ASME SecVIII, Div 1, Sec VIII Div 2, EN 13445, API 650, ASME B31 and International Standards like API 660/661/662, TEMA, ANSI and ASTM.</li>
</ul>

<p>Desired:</p>

<ul>
<li>Knowledge of major technical International Standards relevant to the structural discipline as AISC,UBC, IBC, ASCE, Eurocode, DNV, etc.)</li>
<li>Familiarity with major Oil &amp; Gas owner operators Technical Std (Shell DEP, ENI stds, EXXON-MOBIL DPs, etc.)</li>
<li>Familiarity with dynamic and time-history/frequency response analysis</li>
<li>Ability to use FEA tools for structures like SAP (preferred), STAAD-PRO, experiences of Structural design for frameworks for Industrial Plants</li>
<li>Ability to use 3D design tools such as E3D, Tekla and to interface/exchange models with calculation SW</li>
