<br />
The Lead Piping Stress Engineer is responsible for plants main piping layout finalization. You will provide piping support design for critical lines, piping stress analysis reports preparation and mechanical integration with structures for applications such as on/off-shore gas compression/re-injection stations and power plants.<br />
<br />
As a Lead Piping Stress Engineer, you will be responsible for:</p>

<ul>
<li>Piping flexibility analysis for critical piping systems using CAESAR II SW and 3D Modeling Assistance</li>
<li>Preparing Stress Critical Line List in accordance with current Design Practices/Templates</li>
<li>Assessing piping systems avoiding and minimizing risks of failure due to vibration induced fatigue</li>
<li>Finalizing piping supports locations after reviewing plant 3D model and the relevant supports structures calculation.</li>
<li>Performing basic &amp; front-end design in coordination with other disciplines such as process, civil, piping &amp; layout.</li>
<li>Assessing Flange leakage calculation using Pressure equivalent / NC 3658.3 / ASME Sec VIII methods</li>
</ul>

To be successful in this role you will:</p>

<ul>
<li>Have a Bachelor&
39;s degree in mechanical or industrial engineering or equivalent knowledge or experience</li>
<li>Be able to use FEM tools for piping stress analysis like Caesar II (preferred) or similar</li>
<li>Have knowledge of major technical International Standards related to the discipline (Asme B31.3, B31.1 etc.)</li>
<li>Be familiar with major Oil &amp; Gas owner operators Technical Standards (Shell DEP, ENI, EXXON-MOBIL DPs, etc.)</li>
<li>Be able to use 3D design tools such as Tekla, Naviswork and E3D</li>
<li>Speak English in order to sustain customer and supplier meetings and maintain daily contact within the network of the BH global team</li>
<li>Be familiar with turbo-machinery plant integration, maintenance procedure and site installation</li>
<li>Demonstrate good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams</li>
