<b>Job Title: </b>Well Testing Field Specialist<br> <br> <b>Location: </b>Pakistan<br><br><b>Job Summary :</b> The TS Field Specialist is responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable PSD to Customers. The TS Field Specialist identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, implements standard work, and manage, risk during service delivery.<br><br><b>Roles and Responsibilities:</b><br> <ul> <li> Responsible for all phases of the rigging up and down of Surface Well Testing (SWT) service line equipment on work locations for the purpose of maintaining control and processing of wellbore fluids during well testing operations</li> <li> Well versed with well testing data acquisition systems and report provision to the customer with essential reservoir information.</li> <li> Has routine experience to work on onshore locations.</li> <li> Coordinates and oversees SWT functions at the well site and field camp.</li> <li> Provides the planning necessary for the job including rig site surveys, equipment set up, well site direction, and customer-related support activities.</li> <li> Responsible for the activities relative to maintaining, setting up, testing, and operating equipment at the customer location and field camp.</li> <li> Operates and maintains SWT service line equipment.</li> <li> Mentors and trains lower level Service Operators in areas of expertise.</li> <li> Monitors instruments and performs necessary calculations to assure quality of data/job.</li> <li> Properly maintains assigned equipment and monitors compliance with safety regulations and procedures.</li> <li> Conducts pre-job toolbox safety meetings, reviews and verifies job plan with customer representative and manages any changes required, checks and verifies equipment as per job plan, completes all job documentation to include: Job Ticket.</li> <li> Demonstrates understanding of basic reservoir - i.e., BHP, BHT, Hydrocarbon phasing, Gas & Oil Flow Measurements as well as an understanding of separator troubleshooting.</li> <li> Must be able to pressure test equipment safely. Must have demonstrated ability to work safely with hand tools.</li> <li> Excellent leadership and communication skills are required.</li> <li> The ability to perform basic mathematical calculations involving addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division is required.</li> <li> Good reading comprehension and writing skills are required.</li> <li> Ability to use MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).</li> </ul> <br> <b>Qualifications and Experience:</b><br> <ul> <li> Diploma Degree / Bachelor of Technology</li> <li> 4 Years of experience in Surface Well Testing domain at less.</li> <li> Knowledge of Well Testing Data Acquisition Systems.</li> <li> Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in Pakistan, without sponsorship.</li> </ul> <br> <b>Additional Responsibilities :</b><br> <ul> <li> Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.</li> <li> Responsible for service delivery execution.</li> <li> Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.</li> <li> Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services.</li> <li> Ensure company and regulatory standard compliance by implementing the CAT, self-assessments, and wellsite inspections.</li> <li> Participate in Service Quality Meetings with customers and improve performance using action plans.</li> <li> Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives.</li> <li> Wear PPE and observe HSE policies.</li> <li> Maintain the required safety training.</li> </ul> <br><br><b>About Us:</b><br> <br> We are a global technology company, driving energy innovation for a balanced planet.<br> <br> Together, we create amazing technology that unlocks access to energy for the benefit of all.<br> <br> Our inclusive culture is the key to our success.
