<b>About this role </b><br />
<br />
The cybersecurity engineer will partner with multiple groups across the enterprise to facilitate the design of secure solutions in support of the businesses needs and overall direction.<br />
<br />
<b>Responsibilities </b><br />
<br />
Primary responsibilities will be architecture, implementation and management of next-generation firewalls (specifically Palo Alto NGFW), including the implementation and design for Advanced Security Features (SSL Decryption, App-ID, User-ID, Antispyware, Antivirus, Vulnerability protection, URL Filtering, Wildfire, IPSIDS, etc.)<br />

<b>Qualifications and Requirements </b><br />
<br />
Essential qualifications</p>

<ul>
<li>Must have 5+ years hands-on Administration &amp; Engineering experience in the following practices:&nbsp;</li>
<li>Must have excellent knowledge of Palo Alto Networks security solutions covering Wildfire, Threat Prevention, URL Filtering, and SSL Decryption</li>
<li>Must have an advanced understanding of the Panorama management system</li>
<li>Must be familiar with Palo Alto Global Protect &amp; Global Protect Cloud Services&nbsp;</li>
<li>5 + years experience in Planning, Deploying, Operating and Troubleshooting Palo Alto Firewalls</li>
<li>5+ years in network design and hands-on support of enterprise IP Networks</li>
<li>Must be familiar with Google and Azure cloud-based platforms and have hands-on experience with cloud native firewalls - including hands on experience with Palo Alto NGFW in cloud instances</li>
<li>Advanced understanding of App-ID and User-ID</li>
<li>Familiar with HA Peering in Palo Alto environments</li>
<li>Knowledge of complex IP routing and other protocols, including IPsec, DNS, VoIP, QoS, MPLS , Spanning Tree, OSPF and BGP</li>
<li>Scripting experience in Perl, Python, JavaScript, PHP, Linux shell.</li>
<li>Familiar with networking concepts and design architecture for Process Control Networks, IoT, and IIoT environments</li>
<li>Desire to work in a hybrid networking/software development environment.</li>
<li>Bachelor&
39;s degree in a field related to communications or information technology or equivalent referenceable experience.</li>
<li>Active Palo Alto Network certification (PCNSE preferred) - Proven expertise and years&
39; experience can be accepted in-place of certification</li>
<li>Additional Vendor certifications or current training in F5, Cisco, GCP, Azure, or Palo Alto Networks</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload, respond quickly to changes, and work in an unstructured environment with the drive and determination to succeed.</li>
<li>Strong written communication and demonstrated ability to work within a multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural team.</li>
