<p><b>JOB SUMMARY</b></p>

<p>Business Relationship Manager (Finance/Order to Cash) position serves as a liaison between the IT organization and business partners or functions as it relates to the diversity and complexity of systems, technologies and processes. This position prioritizes initiatives and identifies opportunities for technology to add business value in conjunction with business leaders. This role will lead the business analysis phase of a project, and be responsible for day to day project delivery.</p>

<p><b>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</b></p>

<ul>
<li>Develops and maintains key relationships that span the IT and business partner boundaries, typically at the Manager/Director level</li>
<li>Uses relationships to educate the IT team on the needs and priorities of business partners and business partners on IT processes and ways of working</li>
<li>Capable of helping their assigned business partner(s) clarify, develop, and plan for their current and future technology needs. Documents requirements and/or ensures they are effectively and completely documented</li>
<li>Configures or directs the configuration of existing applications/modules to meet customer needs</li>
<li>Supports the clarification of business requirements, and how to best address them</li>
<li>Analyzes process and data flows, identifying potential redundancies, overlaps in accountability, key decision points, etc., to enhance a business process</li>
<li>Understands current and future resource constraints and can contribute fully to the demand management process</li>
<li>Provides a thorough understanding of production support methodologies to support application development concepts.</li>
<li>Able to create ad-hoc reports part of business analysis and ongoing support</li>
<li>Create scope documents for Finance and Order to Cash related project and enhancements</li>
<li>Perform quality control checks and write test cases for development delivered items</li>
<li>Prioritizes assigned work and delivered on timely manner</li>
<li>Conducts data mining techniques and analyzes data trends to support business planning and development as it relates to the IT environment</li>
<li>Understands Order to Cash process including Finance and GL implications across Oracle application modules</li>
<li>Strong knowledge on technical architecture of Oracle EBS is a must</li>
<li>Foundational knowledge on Oracle Fusion is a plus and would contribute to success of the role</li>
</ul>

<p><b>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS</b></p>

<ul>
<li>Bachelor&
39;s Degree in Computer Science or related technical field</li>
<li>4+ years of functional experience in technology support or related field</li>
<li>Proven interpersonal skills; ability to work productively and professionally with any level of business and technical resources.</li>
<li>Team player who can work in a collaborative environment integrated across technology stacks.</li>
<li>Ability and willingness to quickly understand the custom application environments and business processes and integration around the custom applications to take the ownership.</li>
<li>Has demonstrated an expert understanding of business processes as it relates to Order to Cash areas of IT</li>
<li>Ability to analyze troubleshoot problems and recommend solutions</li>
</ul>

<p><b>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</b></p>

<ul>
<li>4+ years of functional experience in a technology support or related field</li>
<li>Experience of working with Oracle Financials and related SAAS (Cloud) applications</li>
<li>Expert understanding of industry and business process trends</li>
</ul>
