You will provide expertise in analyzing technical learning needs for the services function and its customers, then design training solutions. Interfacing with global Program Managers, Engineering, Field Service SMEs, and instructors to develop technical training solutions.<br />
<br />
As a Training Manager, you will be responsible for:</p>

<ul>
<li>Delivering Classroom Training for Pipeline Pre-Commissioning &amp; Maintenance portfolio of services.</li>
<li>Developing annual training plans.</li>
<li>Maintaining competency register for personnel within the APAC region.</li>
<li>Performing on-site training assessment/verification.</li>
</ul>

<p><b>Fuel your passion</b><br />

To be successful in this role you will:</p>

<ul>
<li>Be a good communicator and be fluent in English. Proficiency in Malay language is an advantage.</li>
<li>Have minimum of 10 years experience in Pipeline Pre-Commissioning &amp; Maintenance portfolio of services.</li>
<li>Have good knowledge of Nitrogen Services, Pipeline Pre-Commissioning, Chemical Cleaning, Lube Oil Flushing and Flange Management.</li>
<li>Be able to accommodate regular business travel within APAC countries.</li>
</ul>
