<div class="mds-edited-text mds-font-body-copy-bulk"> <p>Harris Hill are thrilled to be partnered with a UK based health charity, assisting them in their search for a <strong>Fundraising Events Manager</strong>. If you're an experienced charity challenge events professional who is passionate about improving the quality of people's lives, then we want to hear from you!</p><p><br /><strong>Roles and Responsibilities:</strong> <br />- Work with the Head of Supporter Engagement to develop and implement a portfolio of compelling face to face and online/virtual events and engagement opportunities for a variety of audiences. <br />- Lead recruitment of participants for a calendar of challenge events and fundraising initiatives through targeted marketing and communications activity, engaging and inspiring people to take part. <br />- Act as a main point of contact for fundraisers, responding promptly and professionally to enquiries, proactively building relationships, supporting participants in reaching their fundraising targets and inspiring them to deepen their engagement with the charity.</p><p><br /><strong>An ideal candidate should have:</strong> <br />- Strong experience of managing events fundraising, both face to face and online, ideally within a charity context. <br />- Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with a range of people. <br />- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, within agreed budgets and time periods. <br />- The ability and desire to work as part of a team, sharing the goal of improving people's lives through dedicated fundraising.</p><p><br /><strong>Salary:</strong> £37,219 p.a. <br /><strong>Location:</strong> Bath, hybrid (1 day per week in office, some flexibility around this) <br /><strong>Deadline:</strong> email your CV and cover letter to [email protected] by 2nd March</p><p><br />If you think you would be a good fit for the role and want to have a chat and review the full job description, please contact Lucy at Harris Hill at [email protected] or call 02078207324.</p><p><br /><em>Harris Hill Charity Recruitment Specialists operates an equal opportunity policy and commits to treating all of our candidates and jobseekers fairly.
