We design and innovate ICL , Steam Turbine, Centrifugal compressor, Alternative Compressor for our global customers.<br><br><b> Partner with the best </b><br><br>As a Logistic Specialist, and Based on the Field Service activity planning, you will be working under the Mobilization Manager, and you will be in charge of granting accesses to ASBH personnel, FSEs and Technicians and Tooling assets and equipment to customers sites. You will be part of the mobilization process achieving quality and on time delivery.<br><br>As a Logistic Specialist, you will be responsible for:<br><ul><li>Keeping the company aware and updated on all Qatar MOI Oil & Gas and industrial Onshore/offshore sites access requirements</li><li>Issuing Gates passes to ASHB customers for ASBH personnel, FSEs and MP assigned to the projects and all related Tooling and equipment dedicated to support the projects. </li><li>Following up and keeping updated track on gate passes validity and renewal for Qatar based Personnel, FSEs and MP.</li><li>Supporting the mobilization process from inside and outside the country (document collection, GP submission and collection...)</li><li>Supporting customer requirement with regards to site induction, Tools inspection at site, mobilization and demobilization of tools container and equipment.</li><li>Supporting on ASBH documentation collection and submission when required.</li><li>Owning land lease contracts with customers and suppliers. </li><li>Keeping regular relationship with T&L suppliers and make sure they comply with our customers site requirements</li><li>Managing for the mobilization process in compliance with Local laws and immigration regulations</li></ul><br><br><b> Fuel your passion </b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><ul><li>Have a degree from an accredited university or college in logistic or related studies</li><li>Have at least 5 years of experience in a logistics role</li><li>Have previous experience in Qa</li><li>Have additional experience in maintenance, or systems engineering is preferred</li><li>Have strong oral and written communication skills</li><li>Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills</li><li>Have strong PC proficiency</li><li>Have Strong analytical ability</li><li>Have strong knowledge of related operations support activities</li><li>Have ability to support groups and convey urgency in customer needs and concerns</li><li>Have ability to evolve within a team and distribute tasks to be performed on the customer's site</li></ul><br><br><b>Work in a way that works for you</b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
