Graduate Mechanical Engineer

<b> Overview / Responsibilities </b><br><br>Wood is recruiting for a <b>Graduate Mechanical Engineer</b> to join our centrally located team in Perth, Western Australia, for an immediate start. <br><br>Wood Operations delivers brownfields engineering, procurement, construction, optimisation and technical services to the oil and gas sector and enjoys long-term partnerships with some of the region's most prominent producers, actively supporting operations in Western Australia, the Northern Territory, and Kazakhstan. <br><br>Reporting to the Discipline Mechanical Engineer and working across the project life cycle (Concept, FEED, detailed design), your focus will be design, specification and services related to Mechanical Engineering in support of our key clientele as part of an ongoing Engineering Service Contract. <br><br>You will be responsible for: <br><ul><li> Working closely with the Engineering team to assist with detailed design and documentation requirements </li><li> Supporting engineers and designers for Operations APAC (West) </li><li> Providing technical assistance to others when required </li><li> Building strong working relationships with the mechanical team and other discipline engineering groups </li></ul><br> Join us in the heart of Perth's CBD at Dexus Place - 240 St Georges Terrace, free 24/7 access to an exclusive onsite gym, superb end of trip facilities, coffee machines serving on demand and plenty of spaces to get creative.
