Senior Process Engineer

<b> Overview / Responsibilities </b><br><br>Wood is currently recruiting for a Senior Process Engineer with extensive experience in oil and gas and petrochemical industry and with minimum of 10 years working experience. This role is to support the BSP Rejuvenation Project in Brunei Darussalam. <br><br>Key functions of this role are the following: <br><ul><li> To support the Lead Process Engineer in delivering rejuvenation projects for the offshore assets of BSP </li><li> To become the Process Focal Point for projects, as assigned by the Lead Process Engineer. As a focal, he / she will be assisting the Lead Process in managing the Process project team, will be attending meetings with the client, participate in design reviews, provide input to project team on the scope and schedule and manage any changes </li><li> To check the process engineering deliverables such as PEFS (or P&ID), Cause and Effect Matrix (CEM), PFS, PSFS, Process Datasheets, Process Calculations, Process Simulations and Reports before these are sent to Lead Process Engineer for approval </li><li> To ensure that the deliverables are of the highest quality and are delivered based on schedule </li><li> To help train Junior Process Engineer </li></ul> <br><br><b> Skills / Qualifications </b><br><br>Senior Process Engineer must have the followings skills: <br><ul><li> Competent in preparing PEFS (P&ID), CEM, PFS and PSFS, either creating a new one or modifying an existing drawing </li><li> Highly skilled in developing Process Simulations (steady state) using Hysys or Unisim. Experience in dynamic simulations is a plus. </li><li> Highly skilled in preparing process calculations which include, but not limited to, hydraulic calculations, relief valve and control valve sizing, vessel sizing and process safety time determination </li><li> Experienced in preparing process datasheets for pumps, compressor package, separators, knock-out drums, control valves, relief valves and other equipments and instruments. </li><li> Experienced in preparing process reports such as Safeguarding Memorandum, Process Control Narrative, Relief, Flare and Vent Study Report. </li><li> Good communication skills and knows how to defend process design during review / challenge sessions </li><li> Familiar with oil and gas upstream operation </li></ul> <br><br><b> Company Overview </b><br><br>Wood is a global leader in consulting and engineering, helping to unlock solutions to critical challenges in energy and materials markets.
