Qualifications Asegurar la correcta configuración de todos los conceptos en el sistema de nóminas con la finalidad de que el proceso de cálculo de las nóminas (ordinarias y especiales) con los respectivos impuestos y demás obligaciones (empleado-empresa) se realice correcta y oportunamente. Asegurar que se cumplen con los lineamientos legales y fiscales en el proceso de nominas. Auditar las nóminas calculadas por Analista de Nominas para posteriormente realizar los procesos para el registro y pago de la nómina y pagos derivados de la misma. Asegurar la preparación y presentación de Dictámenes IMSS e Infonavit. Colaborar con otras áreas de la empresa en el análisis de la información financiera derivada de la nómina. Participar activamente en análisis de riesgos por cambios legales o cumplimiento de compromisos legales, laborales y fiscales. Care. Connect. Challenge. Commit. Our values define our company.
