Job Description APCL Depo Manager Are you comfortable in a high-volume environment? Are you inquisitive and like to solve problems? About the Role The APCL Depo Manager will manage the day-to-day operations of the Mac OS/IOS depo and Support team (5 desktop support engineers). The successful incumbent will provide and develop strategies that focus on business initiatives and increasing overall customer satisfaction. In this role you’ll also provide Mac OS/IOS desktop infrastructure support. Responsibilities Ensuring proper timekeeping and payroll for entire Depot team Providing leadership with proper equipment to meet client goals and maintain compliance with equipment requirements Communicating with Corporate Security regarding equipment damages or investigations Cooperating with Recovery regarding equipment recovery and packaging deployment Monitoring and assigning team goals/tasks in the depot Coaching and mentoring depot team regarding tasks, behaviors, & SOPs to ensure tasks are met or exceeded Managing and auditing decommissioning end of life/damaged equipment Working with external business partners regarding e-waste disposal Providing information and direction with site leadership on monthly communications Coordinating tech refresh of equipment to meet requirements of different business units Reviewing and updating internal depot SOPs to improve upon existing processes Requirements Advanced technical degree desired or equivalent work experience. Experience with Mac OSX (10.14.X – 13) Experience with JAMF PRO (Apple enterprise mobility management), Apple Business Manager. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
