About the Role As a Scrum Master, you will be Interacting with Clients, Project sponsors for all the program related activities. Including the schedule, effort estimation, resourcing to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services. Responsibilities Identifying priorities in consultation with the client during delivery review meetings and changing the schedule to meet the delivery plan. Coordinating meetings between Onsite and Offshore teams for discussion on Projects business requirements, delivery challenges. Updating milestones in Azure, SharePoint, and any client-based tool. Reviewing projects metric reports and assess program strengths, identify areas for improvement, and present to Client Management. Tracking and Mitigating the Risks. Ensure causal analysis has been done and corrective action has been implemented for risk identified areas. Conducting root cause analysis and create recommendation reports to identify the successful and unsuccessful project elements. Coaching and motivating the team members and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work. Organizing and facilitating overall release and Sprint Planning. Facilitating Daily Scrum stand up to make product development teams more productive and efficient. Facilitating Release planning meeting to discuss with the team, on projects we can commit. Conduct the retrospective meeting to get rapid feedback to make the product and development culture better. Sprint Demo meeting at the end of each sprint to display the valuable product. Requirements Have 10+ years overall IT experience with 5+ years experience as SCRM master Possess good knowledge of Member Portal and knowledge of SNAP and TANF workflows. Have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Scrum Master Certification is highly prefered Flexible Working At Conduent, we want you to be yourself. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
