We provide customers with the peace of mind needed to reliably and efficiently improve their operations.<br><br><b>Partner with the best</b><br><br>The Wireline Field Engineer in charge s upervises the training of less experienced engineers and personnel. Performs additional duties within the district. Works with Customer Representatives and drill crew on location to coordinate operations with the rig and or production facility. <br><br>As a <b>Wireline Field Engineer in charge</b>, you will be responsible for:<br><ul><li>Following established instructions on routine work and detailed instructions on wellsite activity. Work is reviewed for accuracy and overall adequacy.</li><li>Assisting in providing completions logging and completions services both at the workshop and wellsite.</li><li>Performing minor maintenance of equipment and assisting in actuating the completions equipment.</li><li>Executing all required responsibilities safely and as described in Managing Base Operations, Managing Well Operations, and Managing Equipment and Logistics manuals. </li><li>Conducting all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values.</li><li>Developing and analyzing resolutions to problems encountered of moderately complex scope at the wellsite.</li><li>Supervising the training of less experienced engineers and personnel. Performs additional duties within the district.</li><li>Working with drill crew on location to coordinate operations with the rig and or production facility.</li><li>Advising Customer Representative with the logging and completions operations; interpreting logging data, troubleshooting and wellsite analysis.</li><li>Supervising equipment at the wellsite and at the shop to provide specific logging and completions services.</li></ul><br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><ul><li>Have a University Degree in Engineering or Applied Science</li><li>Have at least 3 years of experience with in-depth knowledge of Wireline products and services.</li><li>Have completed required learning activities in Phase2 of the LEAD Field Engineer Development Program. </li><li>Have a thorough understanding and competency in oilfield wireline operations and services (advanced open/cased-hole services)</li><li>Have the ability to identify the proper product and service for simple to complex applications.</li><li>Have proven troubleshooting skills</li></ul><br><br>As part of our commitment to the health and safety of our employees, customers and the communities in which we operate, this role requires full vaccination for COVID-19 prior to beginning work.
