Develops an operational year plan for the own department activities. Suggests improvements in products, processes, and procedures. Contributes to the plan of a larger unit.<br><br><b>As a Field Project Manager you will be responsible for:</b><br><ul><li>Being responsible for all activities related to the supervision, organization, and execution of a service project. This is including scope, time, contract (if not covered by a dedicated Contract Manager) cost & quality management.</li><li>Having the responsibility for project methodologies and standards including scheduling and control, to fulfill a customer order or need according to financial/commercial parameters and ensuring customer satisfaction.</li><li>Being able to work together with high-level people from the business and SPB and EB levels about specific needs.</li><li>Being able to communicate about the project approach and present outcomes of research done.</li><li>Handling standardized project processes and guidelines for choosing the right actions.</li><li>Being able to adapt to processes and procedures as they are frequently updated by other functions and must be implemented in the department.</li><li>Handling diverse clients in a region and working based on predefined contracts and frameworks with some latitude to deviate from these conditions.</li></ul><br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><ul><li>Have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Services).</li><li>Have a minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Services Project Management.</li><li>Have high-level oral, and written communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.</li><li>Have the ability to influence others and lead small teams while also leading initiatives of moderate scope and impact.</li><li>Have the ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.</li></ul><br><br><b>Work in a way that works for you</b><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
