Managers play an integral role at Baker Tilly building long-standing partnerships with clients, collaborating with colleagues to solve their most important challenges. You enjoy participating in analytics implementation including the full lifecycle of a project, from sales and requirements definition through application design, development, performance tuning, testing, deployment, and support You have deep technical experience working with technologies related to artificial intelligence, machine learning and/or deep learning You harness, develop, and grow relationships with analytics clients/ relevant experience in technology/software sales Have experience utilizing application expertise, business knowledge and technical skills to successfully deliver solutions to clients Enjoy balancing client, new business development and practice development activities, including active participation in internal projects and operations  You continuously assess and advance the Digital solution delivery standards, model, and tools You have experience participating in analytics implementation including the full lifecycle of a project, from sales and requirements definition through application design, development, performance tuning, testing, deployment, and support Qualifications Successful candidates will have: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field Proven success with business development (selling consulting services, building a book of business) 7-12 years of professional work experience with at least 5 years in data analytics 3-5 years as a Solution Delivery lead / leader. Demonstrated delivery of solutions from requirements definition, through design and development. Experience leading development teams using Agile best practices Client-facing verbal and written communication skills Ability to clearly explain technical concepts and analytics-driven findings Demonstrated management, analytical, organization, interpersonal, project management, communication skills, and highly developed Microsoft Suite skills (Word, Excel) required Ability to provide exceptional client service, demonstrate commitment to continuous learning in order to stay current regarding applicable strategies, see the
