From the most advanced data-collection technology to innovative software enabling remote collaboration, we provide a full suite of non-destructive solutions.<br><br>Partner with the best<br><br>As a Staff Data Scientist, you will be responsible for:<br><ul><li>Leading, coaching and contributing in development, validation, deployment and application of applied, predictive & prescriptive analytics capabilities.</li><li>Leading and working in cross-functional teams to translate algorithms into commercially viable products and services.</li><li>End to end accountability - Translating business requirement to data science problem, gathering and analyzing data, building prototypes, proposing & implementing data science solutions to address the business needs.</li><li>Articulating & visually presenting the solutions, insights and recommendations to stakeholders and audiences of varying levels of technical sophistication.</li><li>Initiating and proposing unique and promising modeling features, develop new and innovative algorithms and technologies, pursuing patents where appropriate.</li><li>Driving best practices and trending capabilities to drive efficiency and productivity across data science solutions.</li><li>Independently deliver & guide the team on ambiguous and challenging large scale problems.</li></ul><br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><ul><li>Have a Masters Degree or Ph.D in Computer Science or Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math).</li><li>Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Analytics field with atleast 6+ years data scientist hands on in Machine learning and deep learning.</li><li>Have advanced knowledge & practical application of Machine Learning Algorithms, Deep Learning Techniques (RNN, CNN, GAN, etc), Computer vision, AI techniques etc.</li><li>Have Demonstrated experience with high-level languages, frameworks, libraries such as Python, numPy, Pandas, etc</li><li>Have Demonstrated ability to work with a variety of Deep learning frameworks including TensorFlow, Keras, Caffe, CNTK, etc</li><li>Have Ability to relate the domain knowledge, business context to Advanced Analytics arena & drive the outcomes.</li><li>Have E xcellent communication and collaboration skills and the ability to explain to both technical and non-technical audience. </li></ul><br><b>Work in a way that works for you</b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
