About Schneider Electric About Home Energy management About Wiser Our team is responsible for the Marketing & Community management of residential connected offers in different countries across Europe. Wiser is Schneider Electric's connected home automation offer for the residential segment. Within this team you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and development of the Installbase and end user community of our connected systems. With an install base of 300k+ plus End users, System integrators, Smart home developers etc we have a fast-growing community of connected users. What a Community Manager Does Community Strategy: Create a strategy around install base community management and engagement. Marketing: Work with Product owners to understand our connected solutions and make customized solutions to animate& support install-base. Install base segmentation -Work with data to identify and categorize customer type segment across the business to communicate. External Community Create/Animate/Evolve – Work with external partners and SE community platform teams to drive engagement in install base communities (enduser & partners). Customer Target Communication – Work with country marcom to drive End user marketing, connected solutions recipes, Vedios, Draft monthly publications, App campaigns and Marketing Campaigns” strong link with Demand Gen” Customer Engagement & Upselling initiatives – Capture feedback & work with Product owners to draft requirements to engage, Monetize Increase and Carry out a permanent watch on the e-reputation of our customers. Customer Net promoter score (NPS) - Work with Quality Carry out regular NPS and satisfaction metrics per app/per feature. App Store & Ecommerce Feedback: Analyze and automate feedback and relevant community discussions. Relay community feedback to relevant internal stakeholders-Offer marketing/Quality. Environment You will report to the Global Marketing Operations Manager based in France, Grenoble and join an international team of enthusiastic individuals around the world. You will have to communicate with people based around the world, Schneider Electric is a very international company. Required profile - The Next Great community manager also Needs Bac +5 Business school or University degree in Marketing or Communication 2-4 years’ experience in Marketing /Community management. Open Minded & Autonomous. Digital Communication: Excellent Verbal/Written. Analytics/Reporting. Agile mindset. Nice to have: Marketing and Communication background working with Digital marketing tools. Good knowledge of the content creation tools influence and social landscapes Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Team player, Quick learner, and Analytical thinker.
