Enterprise Solutions Manager

Overview Main Purpose of the role: IT Sr Analyst – SAP HTR and SuccessFactors will be part of the PGT Global Solution Design Team. This role supports the implementation and deployment of the Hire to Retire area of the PepsiCo Global template (PGT) and the integration thereof with SAP SuccessFactors. Within PGT the PepsiCo workforce related HR data is critical to support other value streams such as Record to Report (RTR), Order to Cash (OTC), Make to Deploy (MTD), Procure to Pay (PTP), Trade Promotion Management (TPM), and a variety of different workflows as part of PGT supported processes. The objective of this role is to ensure that the Global Template solution supports the required HR data to enable the PGT processes for PepsiCo. The role collaborates with global HR operations in standardization of the business processes and ensures that the configured PGT S/4 system confirms to the Global Template approach while enabling the integration of the critical data from the PepsiCo global HR solution SAP SuccessFactors. This role augments the capability within the Enterprise Solution function to deploy the PepsiCo Global template (PGT) in an agile manner to multiple markets. Responsibilities Accountabilities: 1) Partner with the Global Process Leads for Hire to Retire and different business experts from process areas to implement and deploy the end-to-end solution - Accountable 2) Work with extended partner team in reviewing all Configuration Requests and Change requests within sprint - Accountable 3) Implement required configuration and ABAP enhancements to support the configuration and change requests - Responsible 4) Ideate with HTR Solution Owner, Global Process Leads and Global SMEs to implement and deploy the Global Template – Consult/Execute 5) Partner with the RTR, MTD, OTC, PTP, TPM and other teams to implement and deploy the end-to-end solution – Consult / Execute 6) Actively engage and educate business process owners on solution optimization, simplification, and standardization capabilities – Consult / Execute 7) Ensure global lift and shift opportunities are deployed across the sectors – Consult / Execute 8) Collaborate with all scrum teams to implement and deploy the end-to-end HTR solution in SAC leveraging agile methodology – Consult / Execute 9) Work closely and collaborate with onshore and offshore scrum team members to ensure a prioritized and enough product backlog for the teams to work against – Consult / Execute 10) Participate in key Sprint planning, retrospectives and other key ceremonies – Consult / Execute 11) Along with scrum team identify, monitor and implement key agreed-upon improvements - Consult / Execute 12) Adopt and adhere to Agile principles and values (see www.agilemanifesto.org): a) Adopt development practices which focus on quality and value, while increasing efficiency, and minimizing waste b) Foster an environment where communication, teamwork, and innovation are encouraged c) Help to implement Agile engineering best practices such as continuous integration, automation of testing and delivery, and continuous peer review within teams. Qualifications Mandatory Skills: 10 Years experience with SAP HR 1) Bachelor’s degree required 2) 10 years of experience configuring, deploying and managing core SAP HR Personnel Administration (PA) and Organization Management (OM) 3) Deep technical Knowledge on SAP HR infotype framework and related data connectivity, with the ability to deliver ABAP and BADI enhancements leveraging the HR Infotype Framework. 4) Deep functional knowledge of SAP ECC and S/4 HR data structures, configuration and required implementation steps necessary to enable core HR functionality within SAP ERP 5) Hands-on experience with the SAP Employee Central to SAP ERP integration leveraging Business Integration Builder (BIB) and the configuration of value conversions and value maps 6) Minimum 2 E2E SAP HR PA green field /brownfield implementation experience is a must, preferably for a CPG organization, with hands-on consulting and configuration experience 7) Functional Knowledge on SAP S/4 Business Partner for employee data (or legacy ECC 6.0 concepts of employee vendor master and employee customer master) is a plus 8) Specific HR interface design experience and should have worked on WRICEFS.for HR enhancements and integrations 1) Strong problem solving and teamwork skills 2) Strong written and verbal communication skills 3) Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization 4) Ability to work flexible hours based on varying business requirements 5) Knowledge and experience in the following tools, disciplines and processes are nice to have: SAP Solman 7+, MS Azure, Quality Center and MS Project 6) Able to ideate thorough a highly complex problems within their work team 7) Strong influencing, facilitating, and consulting skills in working with stakeholders at project / program level in the organization and across departments 8) Ability to quickly adapt to changes in timelines and sequences 9) Adaptability and flexibility including ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity and change Differentiating Competencies: Coaching/Facilitation skills (as promoted by the Agile Coaching Institute), including but not limited to o Levels of Listening o Conflict Resolution o Root Cause facilitation o Training techniques
