Investments in, and building strong competences across our technology pillars - SAP, Digital Enterprise Systems, Data and Analytics, Digital Operations, Security are key to an integrated digital that is positioned to deliver superior results. <br> <br> <b>About this role </b><br> <br> Supporting internal and external customers before, during and after remote operations using both the InterACT data delivery application or the SimpleHelp remote desktop software in a 24/7/365 shift pattern that includes both day and night shifts. <br> <br> <b> Responsibilities </b><br> <br> InterACT & SimpleHelp Administrative tasks <br> <br> <ul> <li> Maintains User accounts, permissions, organizations, wells, and Corporate Agreements for both internal and external users </li> <li> Performs IA and SH troubleshooting for incoming service desk requests </li> <li> Can support SLB Application installation & support ( PDSView, Wellsync, BlueView, PDSView, ToolBox, Wits Server, FracCat Stimulation Report Tool) </li> <li> Performs daily
