The team at Baker Hughes Stord are Centre of Excellence for IWOCS worldwide and part of the Oil Field Equipment business.<br><br><b> Partner with the best </b><br><br>As a Project Manager you will develop, coordinate, and lead a project team for IWOCS COE projects inclusive of the responsibility for the contractual and financial delivery of these projects. Be a key interface across the business, the customer, and the management team on all project matters. You will support the Operations leader in his task to support the business delivering for our customer.<br><br>As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:<br><ul><li>Providing leadership and guidance to your team to plan and monitor activities to support and execute effectively<br></li><li>Taking ownership of all activities within Project execution to ensure our products and services meet business and customer requirements<br></li><li>Building clarity of all required scope and deliverables<br></li><li>Leading effective Project team with aligned competency, training, and capacity to meet business and customer requirements<br></li><li>Monitoring KPI's to analyze and measure performance to propose improvements and action plans<br></li><li>Following and implementing all accounting/regulation activity related business requirements<br></li><li>Collaborating with cross-functional and Global teams to align and support deliverables while sharing lessons learned<br></li></ul><br><br><b> Fuel your passion </b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><ul><li>Have proven experience in Project Management<br></li><li>Be able to show good problem-solving, process improvement and analytical skills<br></li><li>Demonstrate the ability to communicate professionally and collaborate with internal stakeholders<br></li><li>Have excellent written, reporting and presentation skills<br></li><li>Be Fluent in English and Norwegian.<br></li></ul><br><br><b> Work in a way that works for you </b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
