POSITION SUMMARY · This role will support brand managers across core marketing operations of GSK vaccine brands, including brand/launch planning, developing promotional materials, data analytics, insights generation and managing key performance indicators. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES · Developing and execute promotional materials with sales force and customer facing programs · Data analytics and insights generation to support strategic and operational planning · Create and manage brand key performance indicators aligned to brand strategy (KPIs) · Act as a core member of the brand cross-functional team · Project management of key brand activities · Understand how patients, health care professionals and other key stakeholders navigate the health care system and integrate these insights into brand strategy · Understand GSK products, strategies and positioning as well as those of key competitors. · Contribute to a great working environment by bringing energy and commitment. QUALIFICATIONS · Working towards an MBA or similar program · General knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and Canadian healthcare system is required. · High sense of initiative with a Business Owner mindset. · Creative, persuasive individual who works well in a team environment. · Proven ability to deal with ambiguity, take initiative and lead projects. · Results oriented with a proven ability to prioritize work and meet challenging deadlines. · Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to facilitate group meetings. · Well-developed communication skills including listening, summarizing, probing, clarifying. · Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new ways of working and identify opportunities for personal development. · High level of business integrity and ethics. · Working knowledge of Word, Excel, PPT and agility to learn new programs.
