2825884 This position is hybrid/onsite. Requires two days a week onsite. Position Summary: We are seeking an innovative and tech-savvy analytics manager to plan, build and oversee our research intelligence and analytics strategies. You will work with a team of business analysts, report analysts and database experts to extract and interpret raw data to derive valuable insights via reporting and data visualization. The position will support research enterprise applications reporting aligned with the strategic research mission of the Mount Sinai School of Medicine. The incumbent will have responsibility for working closely with various Research Administration Offices (including Grant Management, Institutional Review Board, Clinical Trials Management Office) This position will report directly to the Director, Research Administration IT. Responsibilities: Provide data management, reporting support to key stakeholders Build and manage a data management capability for complex reporting and data visualization Full accountability and responsibility for implementation of assigned projects Manage internal and external resources in the specification, design, build and testing of operational information system applications and databases Ensure compliance with all regulatory, fiscal, and operational standards Ensure scope requirements are managed via change control process Track, communicate and manage implementation issues Skills: Advanced knowledge of SQL, ETL (design jobs in Toad Datapoint) Working experience in Report Creation\Modification\Troubleshooting Experience with Tableau Ability to write technical documentation Great organizational and communication skills Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering or related field. The salary range for the role is $89,139.80 - $143,221.56 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
