Supply Chain Analytics Manager- Remote Eligible

POSITION OVERVIEW The Supply Chain Analytics Manager is member of the Supply Chain Analytics team that identifies, leads, and delivers advanced analytics and insights to Supply Chain. The Supply Chain Analytics team is part of the Strategies, Transform & Capabilities and works closely with the GIC, Transform team, Risk COE, Data & Technology and the PMO. The Analytics Manager enhances Supply Chain decision making with operations research and industrial engineering solutions. The Analytics Manager leads incorporating Advanced Analytics into new and existing Supply Chain capabilities and processes by working with Pillars and OUs. The Analytics Manager guides the organization with thought leadership on Supply Chain Strategy. The preferred location for this role is Minneapolis, MN however remote work-at-home applications will be considered KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Provide advanced analytics and insights to supply chain and business leadership about end-to-end Supply Chain strategies, processes, and capabilities. Lead Supply Chain strategy, capability, network design projects and analytical solutions. Review and analyze Supply Chain operational data and assumptions to support accurate representation of the operational environment in the mathematically defined model Coach and develop technical consultants and analysts Maintain active business partnership with functional leaders on strategic initiatives across supply chain Directly and indirectly lead project teams and resources to meet organizational priorities to optimize project delivery dates, resource effectiveness and team learning and development, including working with cross-functional project teams on modeling project scope, design, alignment, execution, and tracking Oversee translation of business requirements into technical design documents to ensure scalable solutions. Develop business case and BVOA’s for development or acquisition of new capabilities or strategies. Support ideations and formulation of pilots to prove scalability and business value. Research, develop, and implement new methodologies and analytical techniques that enable superior business performance Assist stakeholders in leveraging external partnerships with academic and industry organizations MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree 5+ years of experience Strong track record of innovation aptitude and problem-solving mindset Proficient at analyzing data and summarizing the data by developing actionable insights and recommendations Strong leadership skills, including experience leading others in projects or programs, and the ability to successfully interact with individuals representing other areas or interests Ability to identify potential business solutions involving a broad scope of thinking across businesses and functions to develop innovation Experience with physical goods and data flow processes of multiple core areas in supply chain, including demand planning, supply planning, manufacturing, sourcing, warehousing, and transportation COMPANY OVERVIEW We exist to make food the world loves. Salary Range The salary range for this position is $103600.00 - $155600.00 / Annually.
