Our Customer Service Team delivers Order Entry, Inside Sales and Administration activities, as well as acting as one of the main pre- and after-sales customer contact points, responsible for managing fast and effective exchange of commercial information between Field Sales, Distributors, Supply Chain/Logistics and other departments that exceeds customer expectations.<br />

As a Customer Service Representative you will prepare proposals/bids, contract negotiation and compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment. Works on the basis of a predefined sales plan.<br />
<br />
As a Customer Service Representative - German speaker, you will be responsible for:</p>

<ul>
<li>Responding to customer needs for quotes, coordinating response if a request is different from the standardized offers.</li>
<li>Handles standardized products with pre-defined options.</li>
<li>Contributes to predefined contracts and a framework of conditions and prices is set.</li>
<li>Handles targeted clients</li>
<li>Discusses sales approach with manager.</li>
<li>Leads a department of medium-large personnel costs.</li>
<li>Handles Low - Medium - region size, stable region, established market presence</li>
</ul>

To be successful in this role you will:</p>

<ul>
<li>Have previous experience in working with Customers</li>
<li>Have a commercial apprenticeship or similar and / or relevant experience</li>
<li>Have excellent oral and written communication skills in English and German.</li>
<li>Have flexible and motivated personality</li>
</ul>
