Shop and Plant Machining Operator

Suggests improvements in products, processes and procedures.<br><br>As a Shop and Plant Machining Operator, you will be responsible for:<br> <br><ul><li>Operating Plant and Shop Machines</li><li>Utilising and executing your CNC knowledge across different machinery</li><li>Reading and interpreting complex technical documentation and drawings</li><li>Managing a fluctuating and varying workload in a methodical and organised way</li></ul><br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br> <br><ul><li>Have vast experience and application in CNC Operations</li><li>Demonstrate good CAM activity awareness</li><li>Demonstrate good experience in reading, interpreting and executing technical documentation, drawings and procedures</li><li>Show excellent communication skills as a technical role and will be expected to communicate to a range of audiences</li><li>Have experience in a similar Machine Operator role within a manufacturers, experience working in Quality Control/ Assurance would be beneficial to your application</li><li>Be able to speak fluent Italian, English language skills would be advantageous</li></ul><br><br><b>Work in a way that works for you</b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
