You will ensure flawless execution, on-time delivery and contract adherence. You will coordinate job activities to ensure execution in line with customer expectations and contract terms and conditions.<br><br>As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for:<br><br><ul><li> Coordinating and monitoring all job activities for our business in The Netherlands to ensure successful completion </li><li> Handling the scheduling and dispatching of resources in line with job requirements to provide effective support </li><li> Managing client relationships through being the primary contact for job preparation, execution and close out </li><li> Ensuring prompt escalation of issues that can impact service delivery to ensure delivery of clients objectives </li><li> Ensuring assigned contracts and quotes are fully understood and invoices are correctly issued to prevent revenue leakage </li><li> Applying Health, Safety and Environment standards and procedures in all situations to ensure compliance is maintained </li></ul><br><br><b> Fuel your passion </b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><ul><li> Have a Bachelors' degree or demonstrate, equivalent, professional experience </li><li> Demonstrate solid experience in Artificial Lift Services & Operations </li><li> Have good oral and written communication skills in English </li><li> Demonstrate effective communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence others and lead teams </li><li> Have the ability to manage multiple project and deadlines </li><li> Have good leadership capabilities and ability to manage and coordinate field personnel </li><li> Be successful at building relationships and collaborating to resolve problems. </li></ul><br><br><b> Work in a way that works for you </b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
