CNC programmer machinist

<ul><li> Providing simplified setup techniques to reduce the setup time. </li></ul><br><br><ul><li> Keeping the machine tool boxes 5S ready. </li><li> Selecting the tools & inserts required from product catalogue & use of alternate tooling's in critical situations. </li><li> Sorting out small maintenance issues. </li><li> Being able to read and interpret documents such as blueprints, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. </li><li> Being able to individually set up, operate and produce parts as per drawing requirement, and use Measuring instruments. </li><li> Building and adjusting tooling, supply inserts, tools, etc. </li><li> Assisting with standardizing fixtures. </li><li> Helping in monitor cycle times for accuracy. </li><li> Assisting Quality Department with accurate SPC Sheets. </li><li> Participating in monitoring the GRH's for your area. </li><li> Participating in HSE Audit, Brining HSE best practice, Area inspection, Participant in incident investigation. </li></ul><br><br><b> Qualification/Requirements </b> : <br><ul><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in CNC machines.</li><li>Have experience in running a CNC Machine, setup, Programming and adjust tooling. <br></li><li>Experience in using machinist measuring tools. <br></li><li>Have the ability to Read, write and understand CNC programming. <br></li><li>Experience in Measuring instruments, Vernier, Micrometer, Ball gages and MRP Gages etc. <br></li><li>Have Basic knowledge on cutting parameters, tool set up and offset, geometrical & wear offset. <br></li><li>Have Experience in 5 access machines <br></li><li>Have API experience.<br></li><li>Experience in HMC, HBM and turning machines<br></li></ul><br><br><b>Education:</b><br><ul><li>Diploma in Industrial Machining/CNC or equivalent high school diploma with CNC knowledge</li><li>Preferred experience in machining Oil & Gas products such as Gate valves, Trees Bonnets, TBG heads, well head products.</li></ul><br><br><b>About Us:</b><br> We are an energy technology company that provides solutions to energy and industrial customers worldwide.
