The position reports directly to the ANZ Finance manager. This role is working closely with GFSS on continuous improvement and financial expense analysis. This exciting role offers opportunity to: Account Payable - Continuous Improvement Working closely with shared services GFSS AP team and provide assistance and guidance to improve the performance and quality of services delivered to the ANZ internal and external stakeholders Provide training and education to GFSS AP to improve processes and mitigate process gaps Provide guidance to GFSS AP team on the ad-hoc responses to internal and external stakeholders ensuring the issues is closed out fully and responding to all questions asked in the ad-hoc request Develop and set annual targets and KPIs with GFSS AP team for performance measures Drive and lead regular performance and KPIs reviews with GFSS AP team and management and provide guidance on corrective actions if KPIs are not on track Financial Reporting Expense P&L review at month end closing comparing to forecast and highlight key variances Lead the expense review meeting with respective budget owners to update the actual and forecast spend Expense forecasting and review with Finance Manager, providing inputs based on reviews with budget owners and historical trend Product line margin review and forecasting Warranty calculation, journals, and analysis reporting Lease asset maintenance and update on leasing reporting tool Hedging review and forecasting, driving continuous improvement on more accurate purchasing and hedge to reduce the FX risk Statutory reporting - BAS/GST, FBT calculation and review and ATO lodgement Review and approve vendor payments Liaise with Corporate on insurance submission General Overseeing and monitoring performance of share services and provide guidance and working together to drive continuous improvement opportunities for efficiency and automation Provide training to Finance functions and non-Finance functions on various matters that can provide process improvement opportunities and knowledge enhancement Assist with profit planning process on costing and expense related items Support on internal and external audit Deep study finance policy and provide the BPI proposal to Finance manager Support Finance Manager on various ad-hoc requests Support FP&A and Costing tasks when required Qualifications Degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA, Qualified accountant 3-5 years cost accounting experience, US GAAP, SOX experience / exposure SAP user Good verbal and written English communication skill, working under pressure and strong self-study capability.
