Commercial Governance Lead (Contract)

These responsibilities include some of the following: Key Responsibilites: Managing risk management of commercial/marketing department Identifying and Operating risk management projects based on global directions Support strong and consistent execution of commercial (marketing and sales both) management monitoring via regular notification, meetings. Manage risk management schedule via commercial leader(marketing manager/senior sales leader) confirmation. Manage CAPA status to support business owner complete it in time. Regular report of management monitoring result to Business Heads. Provide regular report(analysis) of speaker activities, Healthcare organization interactions Healthcare practitioners engagement activity management via regular monthly report Communication channel role for global Healthcare practitioners engagement rule change Management of expense and activity report Global projects implementation Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: 2+ years of experience in Project management (Internal project preferred) Experience as audit/compliance department in Pharma industry is preferred Strong compliance mindset, sense of integrity Problem solving / project management skills / good communication skills Knowledge and understanding of the characteristics of effective governance Understanding on GSK Written Standards related to commercial led activities (e.g. GSK Global Speaker Program, Sponsorship of third party meeting, etc.) Knowledge on internal & external reporting requirements (KRPIA Code and reporting requirement, GSK disclosure, Korea Sunshine Act) Good analysis and communication skills The ability to take minutes and maintain accurate records The ability to be open-minded and provide accurate, honest and constructive opinion Good communication skills, handling complexity, business insights, prioritization and problem-solving skills Analytical Thinking and process-oriented mindset Continuous Improvement Customer Focus Developing Self and Others Compliance Mindset Stakeholder Management *LI-GSK GSK is a global biopharma company with a special purpose – to unite science, technology and talent to get ahead of disease together – so we can positively impact the health of billions of people and deliver stronger, more sustainable shareholder returns – as an organisation where people can thrive.
