Overview Control budget to beat AOP, explore and deliver productivity of >1.8% and cash flow benefit in pkg category Source new pkg materials to fuel innovation Assure quality, supply and service to support production Leverage vendor's innovation and develop vendor capability to support business growth and expansion. Responsibilities Support the design of and execute the functional strategy plan& AOP Source and develop new vendors for packaging materials for innovation and productivity projects Improve productivity for key packaging materials to hit AOP plan price and contribute more saving Develop current packaging material suppliers' capabilities &allocation to support business' expansion, ensure their supplying availability for all plants 1 MUs at competitive prices Assist Ops support and fields to manage packaging materials inventory, delivery, and issue solving, ensure their statutory compliance, and monitor communication with vendors Coach and develop subordinates or related colleagues during work Champion and embed GCS understanding, control, ownership and execution within GCR to achieve an effective audit rating Qualifications University graduate or MBA, > 10 years working experience in FMCG ideally on packaging industry With sound management skills, > 5 years on a manager position Non-compromising integrity Hard working, high energy level, strong sense of responsibility &urgency Ability to Adopt fast changing situation and heavy pressure Great sense of timing, highly disciplined working habit to handle multi-tasks Positive working attitude with customer-oriented serving mind-set Proactive communication and team-player, take initiatives Good communication skills with written/oral English
