Finance Transformation Senior Manager

Overview Drive governance for value realization, x-charge and non-core expenses. Responsibilities Align and develop governance framework to plan, forecast and track transformation value realization and non-core funding across all functions within APAC BU’s Conduct monthly governance meeting with transformation leads and PMO’s to help them understand the value realization tracking against targets by function and by BU Collaborate with consultant to help automate and digitalize tracking value realization and non-core fund tracking process Effective implementation of reporting process including scorecards and KPI across functions and BU’s Support and partner with PMO’s in evaluating transformation initiatives and helping them develop business case Operationalize benefits KPI’s, tracking and reporting for Reimagine and organization effectiveness drivers including digital roadmap KPI’s Collaborate with global team to understand and align labor and overhead x-charges Collaborate with Sector and BU FP&A team in understanding x-charges and transformation savings by BU and by function Qualifications Strategic and thought partner to S&T lead and VP Transformation Deep understanding of Financial Planning processes Process redesign expertise and mindset Strong project management skill Strong cross-functional Business Partnering skills, stakeholder management skill Good system knowledge in SAP/TM1/tableau and other planning tools Strong cross functional collaborating skills Strong data analytics and visualization understanding
