Î BU Strategy and Transformation Senior Manager

Overview Ensuring a holistic BU strategy is in place with the relevant elements, comes into life/implemented with the right focus and governance, Providing an external view & insights to feed into long term strategy and short term actions, Providing strategic & operational support to GM and LT members in order to ensure flawless execution of LT & BU agenda as Chief of Staff. Location: Central Europe Responsibilities BU STRATEGY: Align the guardrails for PSP ambition for company top line and bottom line (working with finance team), define the pillars & details in terms of categories, Define the PSP workplan & working team, facilitate the platforms for PSP discussion in line with workplan and organize relevant teams and stakeholders around the workplan, Facilitate the prioritization of PSP chapters also govern & support chapter development coherent with overall PSP Strategy. EXTERNAL INSIGHTS: Feed PSP process with comprehensive external trends and implications study, Build & present quarterly external insight deck including macroeconomics, F&B category, trends, competition benchmark, retailer overviews, Develop benchmarking reports with peer companies & retailers, Gather relevant external insights for upcoming trends and share as biweekly Strategy readings. CHIEF OF STAFF ROLE: Support GM on building & tracking monthly leadership agenda in line with priorities, Support preparation of decks/documents to internal/external audience (within coordinate SLM meeting preparations & support GM for ad-hoc needs), Coordinate global & sector visits preparations, Responsible for internal communications within BU. DIGITALIZATION STRATEGY: Facilitate Digitalization Strategy & long term roadmap build for CE BU, Work with teams to embed long term strategy into ACP via relevant processes (i.e.. PPC), Lead Digital Forum to provide visibility to digitalization initiatives, Coordinate digital capability roadmap. Qualifications Excellent strategic thinker, able to appropriately balance long term and short term objectives with strong understanding the external lens, Strong analytical capability and view problems from multiply points of view and perspectives, Experienced in project management and change management and/or other similar related competencies, Ability to manage more than one project at the same time, Needs to interface well in groups from different functions and levels, sometimes with conflicting agenda/priorities, Requires communication & coordination skills, strong time & agenda management, assertiveness, Deep Pepsico business knowledge will be an advantage, Strong ppt skills, Fluent English.
