You will observe and interpret trends from sales and market intelligence to develop a strategy for new business and expand existing business within the actual market. <br><br><b> As a Bentley Nevada Flow Sales Lead, you will be responsible for: </b><br><ul><li> Handling Flow Sales which include the sales of spare parts, hardware and software. </li><li> Selling to existing Bentley customers and developing new customer base. </li><li> Selling mainly to distributors and channel partners. </li><li> Handling products and systems requiring technical knowledge. Some customization within guidelines can be done. </li><li> Contributing to frameworks for prices and conditions. There is room for negotiating and client specific conditions. </li><li> Handling diverse clients in a region and cooperating with (technical) sales support to realize sales. </li></ul><br><br><b> Fuel your passion </b><br><br><b> To be successful in this role you will: </b><br><ul><li> Have a bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university. </li><li> Have at least 3 years of experience in Sales or Commercial role. </li><li> Have Experience in Spare Parts Preferred. </li><li> Have experience in Oil and Gas and Petrochemicals. </li><li> Have strong oral and written communication skills as well as interpersonal and leadership skills are preferred. </li><li> Have the ability to influence others and lead small teams is preferred. </li><li> Have the ability to lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact is preferred. </li><li> Have the ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously is preferred. </li><li> Have effective problem identification and solution skills as well as proven analytical and organizational ability are preferred. </li></ul><br><br><b> Work in a way that works for you </b><br><br> We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
