S&P Global Market Intelligence The Role: Assistant Manager Client Services The Team: Do you love working with clients? If so, this team is responsible for providing client support on Capital IQ and Capital IQ Pro desktop product by holding investigative conversations with clients & driving product usage. This team has a presence across the globe. The Impact: As the face of the organization, your typical day requires you to support associates who answer client queries by leveraging your working knowledge of our platform, your knowledge of multiple industries, and your expert soft skills honed from working with clients. Your role in developing their talent and their careers play a very vital role in our organization. Our work directly impacts the client’s experience with SPGMI. What’s in it for you: Shape and develop a talent pipeline for the Market Intelligence organization Work with a global team, learning from experienced managers around the world. Responsibilities: Ensure smooth coverage throughout US timings, proactively reaching out and communicating with other geographies to ensure there are no gaps in coverage. Be well versed with Salesforce reporting to ensure you are able to create dashboards and reports to keep an eye on the performance levels of the team. Maximize customer experience through training, maintaining quality assurance practices and provide feedback to associates for development Serve as an active part of the recruiting process, bringing in the correct talent to our organization. Ensure the team is feeling engaged and motivated by keeping lines of communication open. Ensuring recognition for all above and beyond efforts. Identify areas of improvement; coach and mentor Associates as needed. Give constructive feedback and develop associates What We’re Looking For: Basic Qualifications: Working knowledge of Capital IQ or Capital IQ Pro Desktop product Prior client facing experience Ability to provide constructive feedback and demonstrate training capabilities Conflict resolution Lean mindset Being able to think Global, act local Strong comprehension, oral and written interpersonal skills Extraordinary work ethic and self-motivation Deep understanding of and proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. An ability to present or discuss an analysis of the problem at hand and its possible solution(s) with partners of all levels Fluency in Salesforce Flexible to changes in a dynamic environment Preferred Qualifications: Advanced knowledge of Capital IQ Pro Desktop product. Understanding of the content procedures and how the data flows into the product. Understanding of finance/ accounting concepts. 1-2 years of people management experience in client facing team. Grade/Level (relevant for internal applicants only): GL9 The Location: Englewood, CO Compensation/Benefits Information (This section is only applicable to US Candidates): S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $65,000 - $90,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographical location as well as experience and qualifications for the role. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual annual bonus. This role is eligible to receive additional S&P Global benefits.
