Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET)

We are looking for a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join our Enterprise Testing team here at Republic Finance. In this role you will have the opportunity to work on AI based automation tools. The Senior SDET will play an integral role in leading test automation framework, test automation processes, developing test cases, and reporting product defects. Job responsibilities are as follows: • The Senior Software Development Test Engineer (SDET) helps prepare test automation solutions, designing automation frameworks and leads the implementation of test strategy, test plans & test execution of the product. • Experience in building automation framework for large scale applications • Collaborate with product teams to strategies & align long term solutions for test automation • Works with the QA Project teams for resolution of technical issues of the product, derive testing requirements throughout the development cycle. • Develop automation strategy, automated test scripts to support regression testing based on the technical analysis, complexity, and reusability • Tests End to End work flows, Integration tests, API, Data, web and mobile based applications that reference applications, backend systems. • Designs, develops, maintains, and diagnose automated test suites through continuous integration using azure devOps • Works closely with software developers and test engineers to create test plans, test cases, test procedures and test reports. • Works multi-functional areas with internal partner engineering teams in agile environment and provides estimates for testing tasks and works productively. • Provides leadership and technical guidance and training as needed. Requirements • 8+ years as a successful SDET or Sr SDET • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience • Experience with Java, Selenium, Appium, TestNg, API testing • Experience with automation framework development, automation test script development • Experience with Web, API, Data testing Experience with one or more of the following is a plus • Experience with AccelQ automation framework • Experience with CRM Salesforce testing • Experience working with C
