ADVISOR - GEOLOGIST (Jurassic Project)

<p><strong>Job Scope</strong></p>

<ul>
<li>Subject matter expert to support various Carbonate geological field development activities focused on gas field development.</li>
<li>Design, execute and/or supervise special studies to reduce sub-surface uncertainties</li>
<li>Provide Carbonate Sedimentology and Carbamate sequence stratigraphy inputs for the team.</li>
<li>Integrate Carbonate Facies Classification, Diagenesis, Geomechanics and structural geology concepts for sweet spot mapping, well planning and perforation decisions</li>
<li>Provide technical expertise in design/update and executing the Field Development Plans including appraisal of new opportunities.</li>
<li>Support geological modeling work, preferably with good hands on skill, and actively work with Reservoir Engineering discipline to execute Integrated Reservoir Modelling workflows.</li>
<li>Work closely, as an integrated team member with at least 30% of hands on work, with a multi-disciplinary team environment (including IOC team members).</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Minimum Requirements</strong></p>

<ul>
<li>Advance graduate level degree (minimum Masters level) in Geology, preferably with a PhD</li>
<li>Minimum 20 years of Oil Industry experience of which at least 10 years with one of the International Oil Companies and/or large reputed National Oil Company (excluding service companies, consultancies etc.).</li>
<li>Track record of working in multiple organizations, preferably in multiple geological settings will be an added advantage</li>
