Our Digital Team partners with business units and clients to develop software and technical innovation. We collaborate with our development teams in science, mechanical and electrical engineering, physics, and geoscience to develop innovative software.<br><br><b>Partner with the best</b><br><br>You will be responsible for Activities contributing to the design and development of products, solutions and systems. Includes activities linked to technical improvement of existing products and components. Comprehensive in-depth understanding of complex and highly technical concepts and principles in the own part of the function.<br><br>As a Lead Engineer - Electrical Component, you will be responsible for:<br><ul><li>Understanding New Product's Functional , regulatory, Manufacturability and Serviceability requirements</li><li>Translating Product requirement to System Conceptual and Detailed Designs including Architecture, system and sub-system & Component level design</li><li>Closely Working with Manufacturing and Vendor team to design & implement Manufacturing and Test Equipment and Automation</li><li>Designing and executing Product V&V test plan as per Functional, Product safety, Technical Regulations & Standards requirements</li><li>Product Launch activities including BOM, Product documentation and hand-over to manufacturing teams.</li><li>Product sustenance including redesigns for Obsolescence, customer issue resolution and reliability improvement</li><li>Interacting with cross functional teams during and after NPI launch.</li><li>Participating in identifying requirements and building state of the art Electronics Lab facility.</li><li>Understanding an existing NPI and NTI process and ensure adherence to it. Understand improvement areas and drive best practice adoption across business.</li></ul><br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><ul><li>Have a bachelors or Masters in Electronics, E&TC OR Instrumentation Engineering</li><li>9+ years of Experience in Electronics based product, Precision measurement instruments and System Designs</li><li>Have a hands-on experience <b>Microprocessor and Microcontroller based Digital electronics Board design</b></li><li>Have strong <b>Analog Electronics design for precision signal processing application</b></li><li>Have an experience in design fo<b>r manufacturability and EMI/EMC</b></li><li>Have an experience (desirable ) with Reliability Testing and estimation and knowledge in ATEX, IS or SIL certification requirements</li></ul><br><br><b>Work in a way that works for you</b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
