Our testing and compliance services provide oversight and assurance over critical functions, operations and processes - helping clients to understand where they have potential gaps and exposures. We work with multiple industries including Banking and Capital Markets; Insurance and Asset Wealth Management, Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing, Retail, Health Services, Oil and Gas, and many more.</p><p></p><p><b>Skills and Experience</b></p><ul><li><p>Experience in a regulatory compliance, audit, or controls testing role</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of controls testing or audit methodologies </p></li><li><p>Stakeholder relationship management</p></li><li><p>Excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering high quality output</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical skills, being able to understand complex processes and apply challenge</p></li><li><p>Excellent problem solving skills, ease of navigating through issues and problems</p></li><li><p>Willingness to expand technical knowledge in a broad range of client facing projects</p></li><li><p>Proven ability to be a team player, while retaining the ability to work independently with little supervision</p></li><li><p>Experience of identifying and effectively reporting issues and recommendations for improvement to clients</p></li><li><p>Experience working in a regulated industry such as investment banking or asset &amp; wealth management</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>About the Role</b></p><p>We support regulatory compliance on investment banks and asset &amp; wealth management firms. Engaging directly with our clients and alongside our Audit LoS teams, we document and assess business, products, and processes, execute controls testing, and provide recommendations back to improve and enhance frameworks.</p><p></p><p>This is a great opportunity for anyone who wants to gain an in-depth understanding of the investment banking and/or asset &amp; wealth management  industry, whilst simultaneously learning a complex regulatory framework with the long-term goal of becoming an SME in a high-focus, high-risk area for PwC, the UK Regulator, and the investment industry as a whole. </p><p></p><p>We are highly focused on innovation and technology.
