<div class="mds-edited-text mds-font-body-copy-bulk"><p>As a Business Intelligence Developer you will collaborate with analysts, data managers and data engineers to support the delivery of Management Information, Business Intelligence, Analytics and Self-Service Solutions throughout the National Trust. Using your expertise in Tableau and Alteryx you will create scalable, intuitive visualisations to support the Trust’s strategy and enable data led decision making. </p>
<p>Conservation and climate data and reporting will be the primary focus for this role. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders from the Land & Nature directorate, ensuring the Trust is extracting maximum value from the Trust’s wealth of nature and environment data.</p>
<p>The role is offered as a 2 year fixed term contract or internal secondment opportunity</p>
<p>Working as a key member of the Business Intelligence Team you'll engage with colleagues in the Land & Nature directorate, Climate Action Programme and the wider analytics community. You'll identify, define and capture Business Intelligence needs with a variety of stakeholders from across the organisation – main focus will be on climate and conservation reporting</p>
<p>You'll develop reports and dashboards, gathering initial requirements through to publishing and maintaining the final output on NT Analytics, the Trust’s instance of Tableau Server. You'll curate bespoke datasets using Alteryx Designer and Serve and ensuring all content shared with the organisation is clear and produced to a high standard</p>
<p>There will also be opportunity to assist with training and upskilling other analysts where needed.</p>

<li>Understanding of analytics, data, data structures, and databases  </li>
<li>Data visualisation and dashboard design skills  </li>
<li>Experience of analytics automation and building robust, scalable business intelligence solutions  </li>
<li>Consulting, influencing and stakeholder management skills  </li>
<li>Experience of working within a broad analytics community</li>
<li>End user focus with the ability to translate between business and technical impacts and requirements  </li>
<li>Ability to convert ambiguity into clear and direct information</li>
