Transport Management System

We are urgently looking for Transport Management System specialist for our client in Belgium. Your Role: Develop functional specification documents for onboards, enhancements, interfaces and reports. Play a key role in deploying TMS solutions into the target business unit. Understanding of Freight Order Management, Forwarding Order Management, ERP Logistics Integration, Transportation Network, Transportation Mode, Freight Agreement, Tendering. Handle requirements analysis, functional design, system configuration, unit testing, system integration support and hyper-care activities. Understanding of creation and maintenance of configuration documentation and registers. Assess clients' needs, identifies and documents requirements critical to achieving business objectives. Develop understanding of business needs through discussion and interviews. Master Data configuration, Configuration and Customization of various TM and TRP scenarios. Provide support in developing and maintaining a roadmap of initiatives for expanding the capabilities of various TMS solutions. Understanding of TMS interfaces with upstreams & downstream systems. Required Skills: Prior experience in working with and implementing TMS, minimum 5-8 years. Thorough understanding of how IT can deliver business value. Demonstrated experience of working within major change initiatives both across business and in the IT function. Expertise in understanding back-office processes. Experience working within a multi-disciplined IT environment. Proven capabilities in gaining buy-in and building relationships with key stakeholders.
