Play the key role of MES solution design and project management, to work together with business responsible person and software engineers, to implement the state-the-art modular architecture based MES system, and to manage the system operation as the major contact. Work closely with global HQ IT team and external experts to drive factory digitalization study in production area, learn the best practices and new technologies, introduce the selected practices into local business. Who are we looking for? Good understanding of production business process and popular MES solution. 5 year experience in MES solution consulting, design or implementation. The person with great potential in systematical thinking and growth mindset. Good communication and coordination skills, workable English communication skills Knowledge with Microservice development is a plus Good understanding of Agile process and project management, especially know how Scrum is working in a developer team Workable English communication skills What else to know?
