<p>An ‘Outstanding’ and supportive Secondary School in the ever popular & vibrant borough of Haringey is looking for a permanent Science Teacher / Science ECT for a September start. This is a full time and permanent post.</p>
<p><b>JOB DESCRIPTION</b></p>

<li>Science Teacher / Science ECT – KS3,4 & 5</li>

<li>Working alongside a team of fantastic Science Teachers</li>
<li><b>TLR Opportunities:</b> KS3, KS4 or KS5 Coordinator</li>
<li><b>ECTs welcome:</b> 1:1 Mentor, bespoke ECT induction, In & out of house training and more</li>
<li>Inner London - Haringey September – Full Time & Permanent</li>
<li>MPS1-UPS3 + TLR (Size depending on role)</li>
<li>Located in the Borough of Haringey</li>

<p>The Head of Science has been in post for 4 years’ and has helped the Science Department grow from strength to strength. They employ multiple Science graduate Teaching Assistants who help raise attainment across KS3,4 & 5. Now, they need a Science Teacher/ Science ECT just like you to join their incredible team.</p>
<p>This secondary school has produced some incredible Progress 8 results across KS3,4 & 5 and the sheer number of applications to attend the school are an indication of successful they are.</p>
<p>Experienced Science Teachers have the opportunity to take on a TLR such as KS3 & KS4 Coordinator, Early Career Science Teachers (ECT) will be enrolled onto the schools very own bespoke ECT induction programme.</p>

<p><b>PERSON SPECIFICATION</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Must have UK QTS or be in the process of gaining</li>
<li><b>Visa sponsorship is not an option for this role</b></li>
<li>Either an experienced Science Teacher or Science ECT</li>
<li>Strong academics across the board – Degree, A Levels and GCSEs</li>
<li>Must be meeting the 8 Teaching Standards to a ‘Good or Outstanding’ level</li>
<li>You must be able to work as part of a large team of Science Teachers</li>
<li>Must be willing to listen to feedback</li>
</ul>
