Job Description We are hiring for a Senior Program Manager's role in Nicosia to direct day-to day operations for regional automated photo enforcement programs. Required languages - Greek + English, both proficient. May perform one or more of the following: Interact with clients from various public agencies Establish program objectives, work plans and delegates assignments to subordinate staff Develop systems and services that support Conduent goals and meet business unit needs; provides leadership and focus in area of expertise Responsible for achieving measurable results on time and on budget Monitor programs from initiation through delivery, interface with clients and cross-functional teams Develop and subsequently implement new projects, policies and procedures for the department(s) to meet specific goals Direct the activities of project support staff and sub-contractors ensuring efficient resources allocation Formulates and implements procedures on operational processes; ensures operations' effective achievement of objectives Prepares related reports and audits current procedures to monitor efficiency of operations Ensures that business practices are performed in accordance with Conduent policy, procedure and applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations Reports to management on success of operation. Involved in developing, modifying and executing company policies that affect immediate operations and may also have company-wide effect Works on issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives Implements strategic policies when selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results Establishes and assures adherence to budget, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements All other duties as assigned * This position will be based in Nicosia, Cyprus* QUALIFICATIONS Experience managing a private-public partnership contract Demonstrable interpersonal and client facing skills 10+ years project management experience. Specifically overseeing large complex projects and having 10+ direct reports. Valid PMP or PRINCE2 certifications. Five (5) years of experience in Traffic System management, of which at least two (2) years of experience in managing a Networked Camera System of at least one hundred (100) cameras. Must have 4 year related degree (business, urban planning, public policy, etc). MBA or graduate degree preferred.
