<b>Primary Purpose of Job</b><br />
Manage and ensure that all required shutdown material and supply in the Purchase Requisitions has complete buying description, correct account assignment and duly approved according to Manual of Authority prior to procurement processing by the Materials Department. Manage and justify the approval of the in the PRs Total Estimated Value (TEV) against the Total Quoted Value (TQV). 6. Manage and ensure that technical evaluation is carried out and completed with the originator and Materials department. Manage proper documentation and filing of all documents related to shutdown materials requirement processing such as PRs, Technical Evaluation Request (TER) &amp; Technical Evaluation Sheet (TES) evaluation, Good Receipt/Issues/MateriaIs documents, Delivery notes etc. for easy reference whenever required. Advises undue delay in processing of Purchase Requisitions and Technical Evaluations so that appropriate action can be carried out. Coordinate and Conduct frequent material follow up meeting with the Materials Department (CMDG, Inventory Control, Purchasing and Contracts, Expediting and Shipping, Warehouse and Materials handling) to expedite material required for the shutdown &amp; ensure material certification is available with the material if requested. Moreover, follow up on all additional material for outside shutdown jobs (i.e. Jobs outside Contract Scope).<br />

<b>Education</b><br />
Diploma in Engineering or equivalent in discipline (Mech. / Elect / Inst) with sufficient knowledge in SAP (PM, MM, and FICO Modules) in addition to sufficient knowledge computer application.<br />
<br />
<b>Experience &amp; Skills</b><br />
10 years maintenance experience within a similar Oil &amp; Gas or petrochemical and exposure in maintenance environments with at least 6 years&
39; experience in the operation of a computerized Maintenance Management System (SAP). Knowledge and understanding of principles, processes and requirements for Strategic planning in Oil/Gas/Petrochemical Offshore based industry. Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English.<br />
