This 2 year fast-paced Program presents a unique opportunity to experience 4 different positions within the Singapore Completion Tools Manufacturing Organization.<br>Through the rotation in a diverse set of teams across critical functions, you will develop on-the-job skills, and build relationships and a network of connections in the organization. The Program is designed to develop early career leaders to gain a strong foundation in Supply Chain Manufacturing operations through challenging rotation assignments, engaging blended training, frequent feedback, and eventually discovering your passion for specific roles. You will be actively involved and interact with all levels of employees in the organization.
