Wellbeing, communication, and achievement is important to us, and we work together as a team to deliver to our customers.<br> <br> To strengthen our team, Aker Solutions in Fornebu is looking for a Senior SAS engineer who can help us succeed.<br> <br> <b>What will you be doing?</b><br> <br> You will be working as Senior SAS engineer together with other colleagues for a new greenfield FEED project, your responsibility includes but not limited to:<ul><li>The overall responsibility of the SAS engineering performance in FEED Phase</li><li>Find typical technical solutions for instrumentation and control systems with programmed logic, incl. basic hardware, I/O circuits/loops, logic, HMI, interface protocols, communication networks and information security</li><li>Coordinate and work with other disciplines toward their deliverables to Instrument (P&IDs, SLDs, Supplier doc., etc.)</li></ul><b>We think you should have some of the following:</b><ul><li>BSc/MSc in automation engineering or other relevant subjects</li><li>At least 10+ years relevant SAS, automation engineering experience from the oil and gas industry or energy sector</li><li>Good general knowledge of instrumentation field devices</li><li>Good understanding of engineering by upstream/interfacing disciplines and of their deliverables to Instrument (P&IDs, SLDs, Supplier doc., etc.)</li><li>Good understanding of other SAS related Instrument discipline work, and of discipline internal interdependencies and discipline internal deliverables</li><li>Knowledge of national regulatory framework, incl. maritime regulations and knowledge of SAS related standards</li><li>Language: English fluent, both written and spoken</li><li>Solution oriented with good communication and collaboration skills</li><li>Strong work ethics and a proactive attitude</li></ul>NB.
