Project Engineer

Role: Project Engineer - L1 Responsibilities: Handling customer complaints network, coverage, and other performance-related queries. Coordinate with L1 & L2 support engineers for resolution of the complaints and provide the details to the customer support team. Handling technical support for critical complaints for roaming, access, and policy-related complaints. Perform in L1 support level configuration and troubleshooting of RAN networks. Primary Skills: Engineering graduate preferably in CSE/EEE/IT. Basic knowledge of trouble ticket handling, updates, and closures. Basic knowledge in 2G/3G/4G RAN Network Operation and Maintenance of BTS, Node B, Enode B, BSC, RNC Understanding of L1 support level configuration and troubleshooting of RAN nodes Knowledge of RAN KPIs and Capacity Management Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.
