As a result of Veeva Clinical Operation Vault project, there is a need to align on a strategy, for business engagement, business readiness and adoption to ensure maximum value is realized from the Veeva solutions and contributing effectively to Upper Quartile performance for One Development. The Veeva Clinical Operation Vault Change Manager will work closely with the Functional/Process Business Leads, Tech Owners, Business System Owners, and end-user community to ensure the provision of a holistic end-user experience and solutions are effectively implemented through a robust change strategy. The role of Veeva Clinical Operation Vault Change Management Lead exists to drive change and improve business readiness and adoption for use of Veeva Clinical Operation Vault solutions. Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Own Veeva Clinical Operation Vault change and communication plans Manage risk plan for Veeva Clinical Operation Vault change and business readiness. Accountable for Change supporting Veeva Clinical Operation Vault solutions deployment including impact assessments, prioritization and comms/change approach aligned to cross vault communication where appropriate. Works closely with Clinical Operation Vault Implementation supplier, functional and Technical Leads to ensure end-user readiness and adoption of Veeva solutions. Works with BSOs in supporting change readiness for Veeva Clinical Operation Vault solutions. Partners with Technical owners and Functional business Leads to align on communication and capability development plans. Supports to embed agile ways of working across Clinical Operation Vault implementation framework. Works closely with Cross-Vault COE to understand best practices in change and commination approaches. About You: This position requires Change Leadership skills, interpersonal and communication ability. We are looking for someone who can work effectively across boundaries – both cultural and functional. Veeva is used globally in all countries that GSK operates, meaning a flexible communication style and astute cultural awareness are highly valued. You'll work in a matrix, inspiring change rather than commanding action, so leadership capability is a must. As a main contributor to the Veeva Clinical Operation Vault project, we need an agile, confident change agent – someone able to solve sophisticated problems with effective solutions. Often you will be accountable for the delivery of these solutions, so project management capability is also important in this role. Why You? Required Qualifications and experience: Bachelor’s degree in organizational management, life sciences or related business discipline minimum of 5 years pharmaceutical industry experience Minimum 5-years’ experience leading business change Preferred Qualifications and experience: Change management, Lean sigma, or ADP certification. Previous experience with Veeva Vault solutions change management experience running large transformation programs. 5 years’ experience in the development and delivery of high-quality communication and capability development programs, particularly in technical / science-based fields Experience in successfully leading a large / global program or function where people are challenged and developed to enhance business value. experience Leading complex projects with significant organizational impact. Experience leading change for the delivery of projects/assignments to demanding deadlines with minimal direction/leadership. Ability to lead matrix teams, actively engage with networks and end-users across a large, globally dispersed organization. Effective communication and influencing skills. Highly effective verbal, written, presentation and communications skills. organizational planning skills, with the ability to prioritize in a fast-moving environment. Why GSK?
